Review - Troublemaker Games Ruined Gothic City Set
I recently picked up a set of Troublemaker Games terrain through Vanguard Miniatures. I decided to pick up the Ruined Gothic City Set after seeing it being used alongside Games Workshop Civitas Imperialis terrain.
The terrain set is made up of 28 intact gothic wall tiles, half have a door and the other half just have windows. Alongside these are ruined walls, ruined floor sections and buttresses. These pieces are needed to join the wall sections together if you want to make larger terrain pieces.
The entire set costs £25.00 for the 28 tiles which, when you consider the size of them, I think is really good value. Once I have the completed set build and painted up I'll be sure to update this post, however hopefully above give you some idea of how the kit looks.
You can pick this kit up exclusively from Vanguard Games, along with a range of other plastic terrain kits for 6mm-10mm gaming.

The tiles for together using a system similar to that used on Games Workshop's Adeptus Titanicus, with tiny pegs and sockets on each piece that fit together at a 90 degree angle. Tiles are 50mm square, which is considerably larger than other plastic 6mm terrain kits.
I found the kit very easy to use. Despite the limited number of different parts you can easily make some impressive looking ruined buildings.
I'm planning on basing these on hardboard bases, as I have done already with my other Titanicus terrain.
The kit goes well with the old epic ruined building pieces, as well as the new Adeptus Titanicus plastic terrain kits and other terrain that I've begun collecting.
